IF YOU WANT A SHOW...
Please don't mail anything if possible. With the high-tech options available today it's just so much easier to get an email from you. If you're interested in playing at the Rock Spot, I need you to cut and paste the questions below and shoot an email over to booking@therockspotlansing.com.
- Name of Band
- Hometown of Band
- Average age of Band
- Genre of Band
- Bands you sound like
- What your Lansing draw is like (i.e. how many fans)
- MySpace or Website address that HAS MUSIC ON IT
- Main contacts name, number, and email address

Please give it a few weeks. If you haven't heard anything back, please follow, via email, with a quick reminder as to who you are and why you're emailing.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A SHOW...
- SETTLE ALL SHOWS with the manger on duty. If you have any questions, talk to them first.

• YOU MUST have your “set order” to me in advance. If you can’t, you’ll need to meet the sound man at 8 pm on the night of the show and let them know. If no indication is given in advance (or by 8 pm) then the sound guy will decide the order.
• LOAD IN FOR ALL BANDS is 8 pm – email me if you need an exception

- You will receive a confirmation sheet with details on the show from Eric Denby. He will email it. Please print out and bring to the show with you.
- All shows are 18+ welcome
- All shows have 8 pm doors, 9:30 pm show
- All shows have $5 cover for those 21+, and $8 for those 18 to 20 years old
- Four band bills, sets will be 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30 with 45 set lengths and 15 minutes in change-overs
- Three band bills, sets will be at 9:30, 11, 12:30 with one hour set lengths and 30 minute change-overs

- All shows at the Rock Spot are promoted on Q106, Lansing Noise Magazine, various radio stations, and other media outlets
